Recorded in the Summer/Autumn of 2001in much the same cirumstances as "The Fighting Man", "Engla Tocyme" (meaning The Coming of the English) continues along the lines of its predecessor but yet again carves Forefather deeper into their own Anglo-Saxon Metal niche. With lyrics inspired by Old English poetry, pride, history and myth it is Forefather's greatest statement to date of their will to champion the cause of England's down-trodden roots. From the gloriously epic to the stunningly mighty, Forefather have built on the much-respected "Fighting..." and created a real master-piece that will surely move them onto a new level.
