Cauldron Born was formed back in 1994 and their debut album "Born of the Cauldron" is a fantastic piece of US epic heavy metal. Dealing with themes of sword & sorcery, epic battles, ancient kingdoms and magic Cauldron Born brings old school metal to the table. Masterfully performed technical and epic steel, not so far from the early 80s Fates Warning direction, sometimes even close to those sophisticated 80s technical thrash bands, but always with clean vocals. Supernatural guitar acrobatics, schizoid rhytmhs and time measures blessed with majestic riffs. If you are into 80s Fates Warning, Helstar, Toxik, first album Psychotic Waltz, Manilla Road or Virgin Steele then probably you already know this band, if not, it's time to check out this classic.
